Initial demand analysis conducted by Pracsys and feedback from PHCCI members has shown that there is an undersupply of grade-A commercial office space in Hedland.
As such, PHCCI is considering whether to provide a new facility – the South Hedland Business Hub 2.0 (South Hub 2.0). South Hub 2.0 will be a purpose-built facility in the heart of South Hedland that provides a flexible workspace, meeting- and training-room spaces, hot desks, business programs, and dedicated office space for businesses, based on the current WEB Hub.
The new office space will be planned with the capacity to meet the needs of PHCCI members and contribute to the demand from Hedland’s current and future workforce and population.
As such, PHCCI is considering whether to provide a new facility – the South Hedland Business Hub 2.0 (South Hub 2.0). The purpose of this survey is to understand PHCCI members’ needs for a new commercial office space and to garner feedback on the idea of the South Hedland Hub 2.0. Survey results will be used to test the level of demand for such a facility and be considered in developing the final South Hedland Hub 2.0 concept.
