Expression of Interest to bid on a new website for the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management

The Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) is requesting a proposal to design/build/deploy a new public-facing WordPress-based website. We are using a two-stage RFP process, where we are asking potential bidders to answer a few questions and then selecting a small number to receive the more detailed RFP document.

CSNM is a professional association for Nutrition Managers in Canada, The association's main objective is to ensure high standards of training for its members and to ensure quality food service to the public. Dec 9, 2024 Outreach to prospective vendors
Dec 20, 2024, 5pm ET Stage One: Expression of Interest responses submitted. Prospective vendors will answer a few short questions in an online form, requesting a copy of this RFP.
Jan 6, 2025 CSNM will review the expressions of interest, and then issue the RFP to selected vendors.
Jan 10, 2025, 5pm ET Notice of intent to bid due. Send “We are intending to bid” email to proposals@csnm.ca.
Jan 13, 2025, 5pm ET Submission of questions or requests for clarification in writing via email. Please do not contact any other board members or members of the CSNM Digital Strategy Working Group during the RFP process. To ensure that there are no misunderstandings, no telephone, zoom, or email inquiries will be answered.
Jan 20, 2025 Responses to submitted questions. (All responses to be shared with all vendors.)
Feb 3, 2025 5pm ET Stage two: Proposal submission deadline: submit via email to proposals@csnm.ca.
Week of Feb 18, 2025 (est.) Interviews with prospective vendors
March 7, 2025 CSNM Board meeting to approve recommended vendor
March 10, 2025 Communication of vendor selection and contract finalization

By submitting this Expression of Interest you (and any partners identified above) agree not to collude or discuss the contents of this RFP (including any related information provided) with any other potential vendor unless for the purposes of determining that vendor’s suitability as a subcontractor, and to keep CSNM information provided to you confidential. You also agree that you will not contact any CSNM members for the purposes of soliciting information related to the submission of the RFP, and that doing so will result in disqualification.
