Religious Identity Survey

The purpose of this survey is to gather information for primary data relevant to my Society and Culture Personal Interest Project. The function of the data is to illustrate how religious identity within Australia has changed or remained the same within the years post World War II. All questions are voluntary and if you feel uncomfortable answering any of the following questions please leave them blank. All information within this survey is confidential and will not be used outside of my Personal Interest Project. Please use the definitions of the terms which are provided in this survey in order for coherence. In order to maintain the confidentiality of these results, please do not leave any names or identifiable information on this survey; no data will be shared with other parties. The information provided will be collated and analysed for the purpose of understanding spiritual/religious identity within contemporary society.
