City of Perris Community Needs Questionnaire

The City of Perris is conducting a community needs questionnaire to gather information on the types of services and improvements that may be needed. Please tell us what you feel is important in your neighborhood and community. Rate the level of need for each of the following community priorities by selecting the appropriate column.

* 1. Rate the need level for each of the following Housing priorities.

First Time Home Buyer Assistance (down payment assistance programs)
Fair Housing Services (tenant/landlord disputes, mediation, anti-discrimination)
Affordable Housing (acquisition, rehabilitation, new construction)
Special Needs Housing (senior, persons with disabilities, etc.)

* 2. Rate the need level for each of the following Community Development priorities.

Employment Development (job creation,  new businesses, job training, employment training, downtown development, etc)
