This is not a system to use for emergencies. If you believe a student or the community is in immediate danger, please contact the department of Public Safety at 314-719-HELP (4357) or Clayton Police (9-1-1).

The form below is one way you can share that you are concerned about a student who is exhibiting behaviors that are of concern in relation to their personal, physical, or emotional wellbeing. Fill in as much information as you can. The more information you can provide us, the better we can serve the student you are concerned about. If you provide your contact information, we may get in touch with you to get more information prior to contacting the student. We do everything we can to preserve your anonymity, but cannot promise complete confidentiality.

If you have immediate concerns about the health or safety of a student or of the Fontbonne University community because of a student, call the Department of Public Safety at 314-889-4596. DPS can get you in touch with the appropriate person for your concern. If there is an active emergency, call 911 immediately.

If you are reporting a crime, please use the Silent Witness Program form to make your report.
