Workforce Shortage and Associated Costs

In response to our request for additional funding for skilled nursing and assisted living staffing, the Governor’s office has asked us to document the scope of the workforce shortage and associated costs. This survey must be updated every two (2) weeks for the next two (2) months. We NEED YOUR COOPERATION in completing this survey and submitting it in a timely manner. Documenting the need for more resources is the only way we will secure more funding.
