ShoalsWORKS! Council Meetings

In October (2024) we will begin a regular quarterly gathering of the ShoalsWORKS! Council, employers and workforce partners (training providers, educators, workforce-related service providers, etc.), to foster discussions and solutions to workforce challenges that face our NW AL employers, both collectively and individually. Meetings will be scheduled on the 4th Tues. of the month (quarterly) at 11:30.

We believe this regular open communication will offer the opportunity to find effective solutions more quickly.

The Council is open to all Chamber-member businesses, small or large. If you have workforce challenges or training needs, please plan to attend when you can.
