Researchers at the University at Albany School of Public Health are looking for interested individuals to participate in this survey that seeks to understand the experiences of working caregivers. This survey is administered by researchers at the University at Albany School of Public Health, using a service called SurveyMonkey. SurveyMonkey uses a secure web server, and encrypts your responses to prevent viewing by third parties. This anonymous survey should take about 10 minutes of your time.
Information we obtain for this survey will be used to understand the needs of working caregivers and may be used in future publications and to make future policy recommendations to benefit caregivers. Your answers to this survey are anonymous. There is no risk involved in taking the survey, but there is the benefit of having your participation to help us understand the unique needs of working caregivers.
