Wooster School Head of School Search Survey

Wooster School has embarked upon a search for a new Head of School and we thank you for taking the time to add your voice to this process. Your input will help us envision the leadership that will guide Wooster forward while honoring the qualities and traditions that make our school distinctive. The Board of Trustees has engaged Resource Group 175, a consulting firm that specializes in independent school leadership transitions, to lead the community through a comprehensive and inclusive search process. RG175 will be represented by Bob Henderson and Tony Featherston. The Board of Trustees and our search consultants value the perspectives and input of all members of the community. We are interested in your thoughts about the strengths of the School, the opportunities for growth and change, and the professional qualifications and personal qualities you feel are important for the next Head of School.
