I understand that scholarships/financial assistance are granted through the Woodson YMCA Camp Sturtevant's leadership team after I have been denied by the State of Wisconsin Childcare Assistance and the Good Start through Childcaring.

I understand that I will forfeit my awarded scholarships if I do not pay the assigned co-pay and complete a registration packet for each camper in my household that is receiving scholarships.

I understand that the camp leadership team has the authority to evaluate each scholarship application on a case-by-case basis and may deviate from the typical scholarship allocation amount should they deem it appropriate.

I understand that my application for scholarships may be denied if my family currently receives or qualifies for, but does not utilize, child care assistance from the state of Wisconsin or other funding available. The camp leadership team reserves the right to request a childcare assistance letter of denial from all applicants.

I understand that inaccurate or incomplete scholarship applications will not be considered.
