Thank you for sharing information about the FSC®-certified products you sell.

This information will be made available to prospective buyers in a searchable database hosted by the Northwest Natural Resource Group. Our goal is to connect sellers of FSC-certified materials with interested buyers. 

The first page of this questionnaire covers information about your business and the types of customers you serve. After that, it asks about 8 categories of FSC-certified products, and gathers more detail about whether you stock specific products, or how soon you could provide them.
