Woodburn Transit Development Plan Community Survey

The purpose of the Woodburn Transit Development Plan (TDP) is to evaluate existing transit conditions within the City of Woodburn and explore ways to improve bus service. This study will use bus ridership and demographic data, as well as input from operators and the community, to evaluate and improve bus service in the City of Woodburn.
