PLMA Women in Demand Response 2016 The Peak Load Management Alliance's Women in Demand Response interest group formed in 2014 in recognition of the important role that women play in demand response leadership and delivery. Two years ago, we launched a survey asking you to help identify our mission, objectives, and future opportunities. Now we would like your input again. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your input is valuable to help us better align the group’s actions with the evolving interests of the PLMA membership. In addition, please take a few minutes to identify others in your organization who may also be interested in participating. The interest group is open to all PLMA members, including those in leadership positions, functional support roles (field implementation, marketing, EM&V), and emerging talent of all genders. All responses will only be reported in aggregate, and those identifying as potential speakers or facilitators will be contacted directly. Let's Get Together!
