City of Wolfforth | Patterson Park Civic & Mixed-Use District
Community Engagement Survey

The Patterson Park Civic & Mixed-Use District is a future master plan for approximately 78 acres, including the existing Patterson Park and adjacent undeveloped land. The plan will explore the creation of a new civic campus and mixed-use district, bringing together a new City Hall, parks and open spaces, community destinations, and opportunities for housing, businesses, dining, and other complementary uses.

The aspiration is to create a new town center for Wolfforth—a welcoming place designed at a human scale for the local community, while also becoming a destination for the broader region. The district could provide a new heart for Wolfforth: a place to gather, connect, work, live, play, and celebrate the community as it continues to grow.

This survey will help us understand what the community values today and what you would like to see as the district takes shape.
This survey will close on October 31st, 2026.
