The Town of Winterville and NCDOT Integrated Mobility Division are developing the Winterville Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan to identify opportunities to improve walking and biking throughout the community.
The map below shows the proposed future pedestrian and bicycle network based on the existing conditions analysis and community input. These recommendations represent a vision for future sidewalks, bike lanes, shared-use paths, and other multimodal improvements.
