Winona Community Foundation (the Foundation) is undertaking a strategic assessment and planning process and would like to incorporate the feedback of its community, constituents, and stakeholders. Toward this goal, Winona Community Foundation is conducting a survey to better understand its work. As one of the Foundation’s key stakeholders, you’ve been chosen to participate in this brief online survey. We’d like to hear your reflections and feedback on the Foundation and its work, as well as solicit your advice on its future strategies and roles.

By intentionally listening to and collecting feedback from you, the Foundation hopes to assess its impact, as well as the ways it can better support its partners in the region. Your feedback will be used to inform the Foundation board and staff in organizational reflection and learning that will position the Foundation to be more thoughtful and responsive in its work and collaborations.

Please click on the link below to participate in the five to ten-minute survey. Your answers will be kept strictly confidential with no attributions made to you or your organization. All data collected will be synthesized with many others in a summary provided by The Philanthropic Initiative (a third-party research firm) to the Foundation. We ask that you respond to this survey by 5pm on Friday, April 9, 2021.

Finally, feel free to share this email and survey link with other eligible individuals or organizations whom you feel the Foundation would benefit by hearing from, even if you think they might be unfamiliar with the Winona Community Foundation or its work. The Foundation is eager to hear back from any and all of its stakeholders!

Thank you in advance for your feedback. If you have any questions, please contact Mahalia Banton by email at mbanton@tpi.org or at 617-338-2590 ext. 5881.
