Wigan SEND Parent Carer Survey
Are you a parent carer of a child or young person (0–25) with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) in Wigan Borough?
Wigan Council and Wigan Parent Carer Forum want to hear from you. Your experiences matter and will help shape and improve local SEND services. Whether things are going well or could be better, your voice makes a difference.
Please take a few minutes to complete our annual SEND survey.

All responses are anonymous and will be securely held by Wigan Parent Carer Forum. Findings will be shared with Wigan Council to support service development, and your privacy will always be respected.
