Introduction to the Women In Manufacturing Program

Thank you for your interest in our Women in Manufacturing mentoring program. We are delighted you are interested in being a mentee and part of our program which has been designed to support and develop coming female manufacturing leaders like yourself.

The program is a joint initiative from William Buck, Rigby Cooke Lawyers, Commonwealth Bank and AMTIL who have come together to create a new Women in Manufacturing program.

By committing to this program you will drive the relationship with your mentor to develop the areas you identify as a priority.

The mentoring program requires a commitment of a minimum of 6-8 meetings with your mentor throughout the 12-month program. The mentor program will include a series of networking events to provide additional opportunities to connect with your mentor and other participants in the program. When the 12 month mentoring period ends, we will continue to provide support by way of a rolling alumni program.

Once applications close we will match mentors and mentees according to the preferences made in the questionnaire.
