2026 Cooperative Purchasing - Annual Survey

Our Annual Cooperative Purchasing Services Survey is an opportunity for members to provide valuable feedback to the WiLS Cooperative Purchasing (Coop) Team! The survey will be used to help the Coop Team along with the Cooperative Purchasing Advisory Committee (CooPAC) and WiLS Board assess current services and plan for new ones. Highlights from the survey results will be shared with membership.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses by November 20 will be greatly appreciated!
