Follow Up Survey of 2019-2020 Calendar for Weston #7
Follow Up Survey of 2019-2020 Calendar (Parents/Guardians) for Weston #7
Dear Parent/Guardian,
This school year Weston County School District #7 moved to a four-day school week. The primary goal of this move is to increase student contact time with classroom teachers by decreasing the time students missed for activities or the highest day of absences at all grade levels which historically has been Fridays. We will continue to review student achievement data to ensure the academic needs of students are met.
We are asking for your input in evaluating how the four-day week affects you. The school board and district leadership team appreciate your feedback and ideas to make improvements to the calendar.
Please complete this survey anonymously in either paper form (available at the front desks of each building) or online at www.weston7.org, one time only. The survey will close Thursday, December 19 at 4:00 PM. We look forward to hearing from you, and thank you in advance for your participation in the survey.
Respectfully,
Clark Coberly, Superintendent Woody Gaughenbaugh, Board Chairman
