Community Feedback Survey

The Community and Police Collaboration Committee has been meeting since early Fall and is very interested in having more feedback from the Village residents. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts in this brief survey. We are interested in understanding how the local community feels about the Westfield Police Department. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

The New York State Executive Order #203 requires each Police Department to perform a
review of services it provides.

We are sharing questions from the Chautauqua County Sheriff Department’s survey in an effort to increase feedback from Westfield residents.
