Coventry Educational Psychology Service are carrying a survey to gather information about young peoples’ mental health and experience of returning to school this term.

It will build on the results of the recent Back to School Survey. We are gathering the information to help school staff support the wellbeing of young people. 

If you choose to participate in the survey, your responses will be anonymous. The information gathered will be shared with schools and published by the council.

The survey will run up until 6th January.

This survey is being carried out by Coventry City Council, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data controller is Coventry City Council. The information collected in this survey will be used by Coventry City Council officers to help schools and pupils with the transition back to school. We may share the results of the survey. All information produced will be anonymised. Information may be stored on servers in the United States of America and SurveyMonkey gives an undertaking never to disclose the survey questions or your response to others without permission.
