Business Needs Analysis: Welding
The leaders of the Greater Metropolitan Workforce Council thank you for taking the time to complete this important survey.
Our purpose is twofold:
First, much recent attention has been given to analyzing workforce "skills gap." Our goal is to understand business' perspective and experience specific to hiring and job training needs, and to use this input immediately in employment service programming and delivery.
Secondly, in addition to this round of surveys, we are interested in learning which resources, strategies and forums you access to provide ongoing feedback to the workforce development system.
Your input and recommendations will be given close consideration in planning and updating workforce training programs, developing future grant applications, and providing effective tools for ongoing communication.
