Welcome to the Community Strategic Planning Survey. Please read the directions carefully. The survey is conducted in order to assess the current functioning of our school district from the perspective of our community.
The survey should take 10-15 minutes. It is best to complete the survey all at one time. Choose the rating that best fits. There are about 45 rating scale questions (Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree, and Don't Know), all important to district decision-making.
