Workforce Planning Hamilton asks employers to help us better understand the workforce issues and challenges that businesses in Hamilton face.

The EmployerOne survey collects information on many issues, including: 
·  projected vacancies
·  hiring intentions
·  recruitment strategies and challenges
·  your perspective on candidate skills, education and training
·   added this year: a question on the new $14 minimum wage

Our data is released to schools, community partners, government agencies, and the public to increase understanding of the local labour market.  

Confidentiality: All answers will be treated in strict confidence and will be used for statistical purposes and published in aggregate form only.

A copy of the results will be posted on our website in early 2019.

All completed entries are eligible to be entered into a draw for a free booth at the 2019 Connect to Careers fair, happening on February 5, 2019.
