Introduction
Welcome to the online 2018 School Booking form for school athletics carnivals throughout NSW.
Athletics NSW can provide qualified officials to assist your carnival throughout the season in a variety of areas, including starters, umpires on the track, judges on the field and in technical areas such as the preparation of databases pre-competition (on HyTek T&F Meet Manager), results on the day, photo-finish timing systems, and scoreboard operation (SOPAC only). Electronic Distance Measurement (EDM) is available to assist field events.

Additionally, any requests for equipment at ES Marks Athletics Field needs to come to Athletics NSW.
ANSW has recently added the ability to host full/track/field permit carnivals at Sydney Olympic Park. Qualifying for permit status enables your student athletes to record performances that will allow them to qualify for national and international competitions. Another added benefit is that results will also be eligible for state and national records.
In order for a carnival to be awarded permit status, certain requirements must be met. If you select to host a permit carnival, it will be our main priority with no other carnivals in the area using our officials that day. For more information on hosting a permit carnival please click here.

Please note that if you wish to book a permit carnival, it needs to be submitted to ANSW by the 15th of March and it must also be held at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre.
To book a permit carnival, please continue on with this form and select the relevant option.
For a standard carnival we require at least 4 week's notice prior to the carnival date, otherwise, a late fee of $170 applies to your booking. No payment is required when submitting this form; all schools will be invoiced at the completion of the carnival. Athletics NSW will be in touch with the relevant school contact to confirm the booking.
Please note that during peak periods, we may not be able to fully fill your request, especially if large numbers of officials are required. We will be in contact if this is the case.
