sportscotland who oversee the current funding of the Mountain Weather Information Service (MWIS) in Scotland, are undertaking a review of the current publicly available provision of mountain weather forecast information for Scotland.

In particular they are looking at a wide range of forecast information, how the existing forecasts are used and how this has changed and will continue to change in the future.

In light of trends identified in the use of these forecasts, they will be looking to establish how best to make any necessary changes and improvements.

We would appreciate your help by completing the following survey, which asks about your use of mountain weather forecasts. It should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.

Thank you for your assistance with this research.
