Wearables Entry Form

This year, Wearables wants to highlight some of the charities our readers believe in. For the 2017 T-Shirt Decoration Challenge for Charity, we’re asking decorators to choose a T-shirt they printed for a nonprofit or specific fundraiser and submit the design, along with background details about the T-shirt. We’ll post the finalists online for voting and social media sharing. T-shirts from the finalists will be featured in the August issue of Wearables and we’ll also supply a donation to the charity/fundraiser on the winning T-shirt.
