We The Change brings together and emboldens leaders of social enterprises, and businesses that are creating innovating solutions to critical social and environmental problems, determined to drive change and challenge the status quo. We encourage applications from entrepreneurs driven by values such as compassion, inclusion and collaboration to apply fresh ideas to transform the way the world approaches pressing issues and drive social change at the community, national and global levels. BeyonDiversity, Genpact and NASSCOM Foundation will provide a customized fellowship experience with specialized training, powerful networking relationships and increased visibility, allowing entrepreneurs to deepen their impact and leadership abilities.
This application should take about 20 minutes to complete. You will be able to save your answers and return later if you cannot complete this in one session, by following the instructions to save at the top of each page. Answers are required unless otherwise noted as optional.
Please complete this application to the best of your ability. You will see some open questions that ask you to reflect and write sentences or paragraphs. These responses have a word limit because the substance of your response is more important than the length.
