1. Survey Introduction
Purpose of the survey – The purpose of this survey is to better understand the needs of Access and Access on Demand (same day service) riders and to gauge an understanding of customer attitudes toward Access and Access on Demand (same day service).

Access (Regular Service): Access provides door-to-door transportation for persons with disabilities who are unable to utilize the fixed-route bus service.
Access on Demand (Premium, same-day service): Access on Demand is a door-to-door weekday service providing a same-day user choice option for any Access-eligible person at a higher fare.
