The City of Warwick is updating its 5-Year Consolidated Plan for its investment of Community Development Block Grant funds with respect to Community Development, Homelessness Services, and Affordable Housing activities. As a Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Community, federal regulation requires the City to update its Consolidated Plan every 5-years. The Consolidated Plan drives future investments into housing, economic development, infrastructure improvements, public facilities, and community-oriented services over the next five years.

In an effort to best understand what issues are most important to Warwick residents, The City is asking for the community's input about priorities for housing and community development needs. The following survey allows neighborhood residents to add their voice about what community needs are most important to them.  This information will be gathered and used to shape future spending and project priorities over the next five years.  The City of Warwick is eager to hear directly from you.  The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will help inform the development of the strategic plan.

Thank you for your participation in designing future investments in the City of Warwick.
