GOAL: To assess the housing needs of current and future residents and workers in Warren to inform a Housing Plan as required by State statute.

BACKGROUND:         
  • The Plan will lay out strategies that Warren can take over the next five years to address housing needs.
  • The Plan will address housing needs and preserve Warren’s rural environment.
  • Warren has 1 housing unit that is monitored and maintained to remain affordable to households earning less than $82,000 for a family of 4. Studies have shown the need for more affordable housing units.
  • This survey will inform a long-term Housing Plan for the Town of Warren and is separate from the work of the Warren Affordable Housing Corporation which is a private, non-profit organization.
