Welcome to the Walnut Visioning Outreach Comment Card Questionnaire! This questionnaire is a tool to collect community feedback that will inform the City of Walnut on what to address on its new General Plan. Your input will help guide the development of a future vision for the City and draft plan concepts, policies, and programs over the coming year.
The eight questions below are exactly the questions provided on the Comment Cards provided during your group's Visioning Outreach meetings.
Filling out the questions should take about 2-5 minutes depending on how much constructive feedback you would like to provide for the General Plan update.
