CTHP - COMMUNITY TRANSGENDER HUMANITARIAN PROJECT

PROJECT ACCESS FOUNDATION 

This program is intended to allow the transgender community at large and PAF patients in Miami Dade and the broader south Florida area to provide feedback and input in the future goals, objectives, activities, and events that Project Access Foundation should implement and partake in. This will allow our organization to create annual goals that mirror the needs of the population it seeks to serve.
