This information is being collected and maintained for the purpose of conducting the admissions process for OGE’s Accelerated Curriculum in Ethics (ACE) education program. Failure to submit the requested information may result in a denial of admission or removal from the program.

OGE has the authority to collect and maintain this information based on its organic authority to provide the executive branch with information about ethics law and policy. See 5 U.S.C. 13122 (b)(14).

While the information requested is intended to be used primarily for OGE’s internal purposes, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to disclose this information externally as described in the routine uses set forth in OPM/GOVT-2, see 71 FR 35347 (June 19, 2006), as modified by 80 FR 74815 (Nov. 30, 2015).
