NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCY COMPETITION (NDRC)
The purpose of this survey is to collect public comments on all NDRC Draft Phase 2 Application. Comments may be submitted until 5:00pm on October 23, 2015.
The Public Comment Form contains 20 blank comment fields, each on a separate screen. On each page, please identify the topic of the Application you wish to comment on by selecting the applicable section topic from the drop down menu. For comments of a general nature, please select Other from the drop down menu. After entering your comment, you may advance to the next screen by selecting "Next". You can jump to the end of the survey by selecting "Yes" to indicate you have entered your final comment. Once you have reached the final screen, click on the "Done" button to submit your comment form, or select "Previous" to go back into the survey to add or edit your responses. Please note, you must enter your contact information on the first screen to be able to submit the form electronically, but you need not enter comments on all of the subsequent screens to complete the survey.
