The EACA, in an effort to stay abreast of the needs of our members during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, is interested to learn about your experiences with the first round of PPP and plans for the new round.   Thanks in advance for your participation.
1.Did you apply for a loan from the SBA (PPP) during the first round of stimulus as provided for by the CARES Act?

2.If you answered Yes to Q1, have you currently exhausted those funds?(Required.)
3.If you answered YES to Questions #1 and #2, have you submitted your forgiveness application?  If you've applied please submit the status of the application in the 'other' comment box.(Required.)
4.Do you plan to apply for the second round of PPP?   If you answered Yes please let us know when you plan to apply or when you applied in the 'other' comment box below.

5.If you are applying or plan to apply for the second round of PPP will you be seeking the same loan amount as in the first time?  Feel free to offer add'l comments for clarification purposes.
