Local Chapter Leadership Survey

Local Chapter Activities

This survey is divided into two sections. The first section asks 20 questions about your chapter and your involvement with the chapter leadership. The second section asks six questions about how ACDIS can better support you and the local chapter leaders. Please take a few minutes to help us better understand your role on the local chapter leadership team and your chapter's activities. For help or information, contact Melissa Varnavas at mvarnavas@acdis.org.
