Disciplinary Action regarding 28 and 29 March 2021.

Purpose

The purpose of this survey is to identify any officers who were not involved in the action on 28 and 29 March 2021 but still received allegations of misconduct. Accordingly, we are asking you to identify whether you:
    i.   Were not rostered to work on 28-29 March 2021;
    ii.  Attended your rostered shift on 28-29 March 2021;
    iii. Were on leave on 28-29 March 2021; or
    iv. Any other circumstances which indicate that you did not participate in the industrial action on 28 and 29 March 2021.
