About WYLD Council:

Wyoming Leaders & Discoverers (WYLD) are the emerging voices of conservation in Northwest Wyoming. Their dedication supports inclusive, holistic programs that offer opportunities for all members of our community to connect to open space at JHLT community conservation properties like R Park, the Greenspace on the Block, Karns Meadow, and more.

The Jackson Hole Land Trust is seeking 6 WYLD Council members who will drive future community conservation protection efforts through strategy and fundraising, develop youth education opportunities, and steer programming and events that will continue to bring this community together.

Expectations:
The WYLD Council will meet once each month and members should plan to devote additional time to planning and enacting WYLD programs. Council terms will last one year with the option to renew for one additional year. The WYLD Council will strive for 100% participation in fundraising, whether through  personal  giving,  volunteering,  or member recruitment.

Selection Process:
Council seats will be filled on a rolling basis in advance of the October 2021 meeting. WYLD Council applications will be reviewed and voted upon by current WYLD Council Members and staff.
