* 7. Do you have a preference for serving on the Building Committee or the Design Review Committee?  

Building Committee: This committee consists of city staff, elected officials, and community members and meets every 1-2 months, in the evening, over the course of about 18 to 24 months, to review and vote to approve critical milestones throughout the design and approval process. 

Design Review Committee: There are two (2) seats on the city’s Design Review Committee for community representatives to assist this important committee in reviewing the detailed design of the project.  This group will meet approximately monthly in the evening for the duration of the project.
