Contact Design is a global user research organization that partners with leading healthcare companies to improve the way people experience and interact with their products.

We’re currently working in collaboration with Brightside, a leading global research firm, on a project for a major company.

The aim of this study is to learn about people’s experiences with memory loss and how they are managing their condition.

By joining, you will help us learn how to improve care and treatment options for others facing similar experiences.
You may be eligible to participate if:
You are a patient or care partner
You / the patient experiences moments of memory loss.
*Additional qualification criteria may apply

If you qualify and complete the initial guided survey, you will receive $150 USD to thank you for your time and insight, with an additional $50 USD if your care partner (or the patient you care for) attends with you.

When: December 2025
Where: Online
Duration: Up to 60-minutes
Compensation: $150 for 45-minute interview and a 10-15 minute follow up
Compensation: $50 for a caregiver if needed
