Every year our community of parents and guardians are given the opportunity to share their culture with the students at NRP. While we are limited in our ability to gather to share our cultures in person due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are still taking the opportunity share our cultures through a pre-recorded video that will be presented in each K-5 classroom.

Previous booths and performances that have been shared are:
- Japanese origami;
- First nations art;
- Musical instruments drums;
- Spices, fabric and henna tattoos from India;
- Bulgarian crafts;
- Persian alphabet;
- Chinese dance and dumpling making;
- Brazil and soccer culture; and
- Table manners, to name just a few.

Multicultural Day has been an important part of our event calendar and we look forward to delivering another wonderful opportunity for students to learn and share in our cultures! This year will be NRP's 6th annual Multicultural Day and will take place on February X, 2021.

If you are interested in contributing to the video presentation, and sharing an aspect of your cultural, please fill in the following form. After you submit your form, a member of the PAC team will be in contact to provide further details and next steps.

Please note that all presentations will need to be self-filmed, and should be between 3-5 minutes. Not a whiz with a video camera? Don't worry! All you need is the video function on your phone, and the PAC will provide help with editing your video. For participants who require assistance with editing, you'll be asked to upload the video clips to our Google Drive (or any cloud storage of choice) and provide a simple document that guides the editor as to what the final video should look like. The PAC is here to help!

Thank you so much for your support. We look forward to creating a wonderful Multicultural Day experience for our NRP students!
