We have seven categories of awards to give to the members of our community who work so hard to make it a better place. Fill out the form below to cast your vote for one of the many devoted organizations and volunteers in Port Hardy.
Categories of Awards:
1) COACH(ES) This individual(s) makes a positive contribution to our sports community. They are exemplary in developing skills and confidence in participants, inspire youth, and encourage a high level of athletic achievement and commitment.
2) COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER This individual(s) contributes positively to the community by volunteering their time. This person is significantly relied upon by others.
3) COMMUNITY SPIRIT This individual rises above the rest by demonstrating unwavering leadership, compassion and community spirit in all that he or she does. He or she makes a genuine and significant contribution to Port Hardy and is a natural community role model.
4) OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION This organization has positively impacted the community through their work and has gone above and beyond to increase the quality of life for local residents.
5) SUSTAINABILITY HERO This individual(s) makes a positive contribution to the community by championing environmentally friendly initiatives and works to improve ecological, human, and economic health and vitality. They inspire others to be green by leading or advocating ecologically sound practices.
6) YOUTH VOLUNTEER This young individual (under 18) contributes positively to the community through volunteer efforts, community engagement, leading by example, and has directly impacted the community.
7) EMERGENCY RESPONSE HERO This individual gives their time selflessly to increase the health and safety of Port Hardy residents.
