U.S. Military veterans and qualified dependents affected by TSC

Introduction

In 2015, we surveyed active duty U.S. military personnel affected by TSC to get an idea of the number of individuals who would consider getting a consultation with a TSC specialist who uses telehealth technology (connecting by audio and videoconferencing). This is a similar survey for U.S. military veterans who have TSC or have a dependent with TSC who qualifies for VA health benefits. This 5-question survey will take less than two minutes to complete.
