14.TERMS & CONDITIONS​

Please note that Tri Shine has the right to amend course content, program, add or delete teachers and or facilities without prior knowledge.

-PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment is due as follows:

$500AUD (non refundable) to hold spot
Remaining - to be paid by March 15th

If payment is late, the spot will not be held.

-REFUND POLICIES:

Deposit can be transferred to a friend referral if you can no longer attend.

If canceled under 30 days before: 25% refund of the amount paid to date (beside non-refundable deposit) is refundable.

No refunds for cancellations after 14 days prior to the start of the retreat.

-CONDITIONS:
We follow the health recommendations of the CDC and WHO and will stay up to date and act according to their recommendations.

Tri Shine is not responsible for refunds of costs associated with travel. We highly recommend getting travel insurance.

If Tri Shine RESCHEDULES the retreat then your funds will be transferrable to another retreat.

If Tri Shine CANCELS the retreat then you will be granted a refund of payment to date and the non-refundable deposit.

Tri Shine reserves the right to change aspect of retreat details like hosts and inclusions dependent on circumstances.

The Retreat Fee does NOT include: Transportation, addition meals or activities outside of retreat.

Additional Options Include: Massage, bringing partner, wine tours & tastings.


Tri Shine reserve the right to cancel the scheduled Retreat. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund will be returned to the client, but not costs associated with transportation, or any other personal costs.
