Partner Agency Capacity and Satisfaction Survey

Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services is grateful to our Partner Agency Network for their commitment to serve those in need within our county with dignity and respect. It is only through this partnership that we can continue to move forward in our mission to end food insecurity in Sacramento County. To better understand the needs of our partner agency network and how we can better meet those needs, we are asking our agencies to participate in our first Partner Agency Capacity and Satisfaction Survey.

 

The survey is broken into six sections:1.Agency Information,2.Agency Capacity,3.Programs,4.Communication, 5.Training and 6.Customer Service. It should not take more then 20 minutes to complete this survey. It is our goal to use your feedback to create a network that provides each agency with the resources, tools, programs, services and support needed to expand their capacity to better serve the food insecure of Sacramento County. Your feedback is very important in order to meet this goal.

  

We encourage each agency to take the time to answer these questions and provide thoughtful, honest and direct feedback. The information obtained will be for internal use only. All answers will be kept confidential. If you are requesting holiday meats/turkeys this survey is due Sunday November 13 by 11:59 p.m. If you will not be requesting holiday meats/turkeys this must be completed by Monday 21by close of business day.
