Housing needs and resources survey
for adult Massachusetts residents with an autism spectrum disorder
Autism Housing Pathways is an non-profit organization focused on the housing needs of adults with autism in Massachusetts.
By completing this survey, you are helping to fill a void in the understanding of the autism demographic in Massachusetts, thus building a case for both the market and the public sector to meet the housing needs of this community.
The survey may be answered by the person on the autism spectrum or by a family member, guardian, or service provider, acting for that person. Please only complete one survey per person on the autism spectrum. The time required to fill it out is approximately 10 minutes. We are asking surveys only be completed by or on behalf of people with ASD who are 18 or older.
