About the Initiative:

The AMIA 25x5 Task Force is developing a toolkit which health care professionals and health systems will be able to use as a blueprint to reduce documentation burden.  We seek information on existing documentation reduction projects that healthcare professionals and health systems have undertaken or are planning for.  Understanding the existing work will help inform recommendations.
