Business Rates Insights Survey

The General Rates Revaluation takes effect on 1 April 2026. This will establish the new Rateable Values (RVs) for all non-domestic properties across Scotland.

The following survey presumes that respondents have either already seen an increase in their Rateable Value, or they expect to see an increase in it, to take effect on 1 April 2026.
